Fredrik Lundin – wonderful saxophonist and composer with a very personal sound. I’m so privileged to be part of the ensemble Maluba Orchestra where Fredrik is one of the 3 co-leaders.
Marilyn Mazur – world known percussion player and musician. Among others she was head hunted by Miles Davis and played with him during the 80s. She is also one of the co-leaders in Maluba Orchestra.
Makiko Hirabayashi – piano player originally from Japan now resident in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is also part of the Maluba Orchestra and she’s a very inspiring player.
Cæcilie Norby – one of Denmarks very best vocalists. I have the pleasure to play with Cæcilie now and then as part of her European Sisters in Jazz.
Christina von Bülow – alto player. A wonderful jazz musician who is rooted in tradition and has a marvellous sound and jazz language.
Trinelise Væring – a very personal singer and composer. She works in the borderland between rock, jazz and indie-pop.
Jesper Bodilsen – an amazing bass player that I had the pleasure of playing with for several years as member of the trombone player Erling Kroners different ensembles, and we also recorded a couple of my earlier releases together (Back In Business and Who’s Blue).
Morten Lund – wonderful drummer who was also part of my groups when we recorded and released Back in Businesss and Who’s Blue.
The Village Recording – a wonderful studio in Vanløse, Copenhagen. Studio owner and technician Thomas Vang is always a pleasure to work with.
Soundscape Studio – I have spend a lot of time together with Louise Nipper in her studio at Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, since I have often mixed my albums with her. She is very musical and quickly understands what I want when editing.
